Investments
EMBALCER focuses on the innovation of the production of polypropylene and polyester strap.
EMBALCER has developed a project of investments that aims the introduction of new processes in the production of PET and PP strap that involves – among other investments – the acquisition of a modern line of extrusion of PET/PP that will be reflected in a substantial increase of the capacity of production as well as it the diversity and flexibility.
The total amount of investment is of € 1 034 368,00, fully financed with own capital.
This project was a candidate to the incentives to investment under the QREN – SI INOVAÇÃO with an approved investment of € 1 009 368,00 to which was attributed a refundable subsidy of € 555 152,40.
This project will be achieved in 2010 and its economic effects are expected, full, in the year 2013.
